Its investment portfolio spans across agri-food, energy, resources, property, and lifestyle.I previously practised at leading boutique firm, Prolegis Lawyers, advising local and overseas charities, corporate foundations, Indigenous groups, faith-based organisations, philanthropists and private corporate groups, in relation to establishment, structuring, tax, governance, mergers & acquisitions, contractual arrangements, regulatory compliance, charity registration, specific listings, and trust issues. Prior to this, I was a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Allens in Sydney and subsequently at Linklaters in London. During this period, I undertook a mixture of transactional (domestic and cross-border) and corporate & commercial advisory work, providing commercially-focused legal advice, with an industry focus on the financial services sector.I enjoy collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop practical, balanced and pragmatic solutions to legal issues and risks. I strive to achieve outcomes that enhance the impact, efficiency and sustainability of a diverse and inspiring client base. Throughout my development as a lawyer, I have always worked to help develop, and enhance, engaged and high performing teams, whilst remaining responsive to business needs and balancing legal risk with strategic priorities.
