Contract Sales Administrator
Current- Supporting airports with their needs in airfield lighting : new installations and spare parts.- Point of contact between customer, bid team, product management, production, purchasing, warehouse.- SAP4Hana key user for Order to Cash stream.- Ensuring fulfilment of contractual agreements, monitoring delivery times, setting priorities. - Administrating complete sales process in ERP system S4Hana from order entry to delivery and invoicing. - Creating service orders, monitoring statuses with service engineers. - Evaluating reclamations, handling replacements orders, creating and monitoring tickets for aftersales team. - Making sure we reach monthly revenue plan
