As co-founder of Track Heroes and lead neuroscience researcher, I spent over 1500 hours conducting a meta-analysis of peer-reviewed neuroscience journals within the past 5 years focusing on the “emotional” limbic aspects of the brain and the cascading effects on the autonomic nervous system (Fight or Flight) to include hormones. The combined research led to a theory of passive Mental health intervention through inducing positive neuroplasticity in areas proven to be deficient in our focused study. This led to me establishing a program which included training, measurements, and tracking to assess our hypothesis. While it is incredible to see the positive results, current neuroscience journals in 2023 are beginning to combine and prove the theory we hypothesized 2020. Performing research with a goal to effect vital change in the future has been both fun and fulfilling. We also HAD to test the program out first, which required driving expensive cars really fast for science. Show less

Transitioning from the Pentagon, I worked to assist with military post inspections and train CBRN response sites across the country. This included performing stock inventory and replenishing their expired stocks. I realized at this point there was a limit to how far my career would go without a bachelor’s education, so I made a bold decision to leave D.C. and become a full-time student to further my career.
Cbrn Response Team
While with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), I served on the CBRN Response Division (CRD). Our mission was to provide CBRN protection for the dignitaries and over 20K individuals that work in the reservation and its properties. Serving as a GS-11 Physical Scientist, I met several incredible individuals, which I still consider both friends and colleagues today. I think everyone should work at least once in the D.C. area, as it is a very different work environment.
