➢ Establish approximately 3000 new court cases filed with the court annually with a team of 8 and $1.4 million annual budget➢ Account for over $20 million in funds held/invested by the court➢ Transformed office operations throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic to ensure safety of staff andcustomers without any service disruptions by implementing a service by appointment system, modifying work schedules, altering ingress/egress to the office, and establishing temporary courier service to/from Judges➢ Implemented an e-filing system by coordinating with the software vendors, end users, and County IT professionals to integrate new software with our current court management system to save customers and taxpayers time and money at a minimal implementation cost to taxpayers➢ Successfully advocated the county commission through budget hearings for updates to the officeorganizational structure in order to better position the court for the future

I analyzed vendor proposals and contracts and presented findings to management to effectively maximize cost savings for the company. I routinely developed and distributed reports to communicate the effectiveness of the Corporate Procurement division to the CFO and other executive management.

I managed the review process for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data by reviewing loan documents for compliance and accuracy, maintaining a database of federally required data, and submission of a portion of that database to the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. I assisted with the analysis of this data for fair lending compliance.

I researched theory and best practices in suburban retail corridor revitalization and developed recommendations for community economic development programs. I administered a Minor Home Repair Program that produced over $100,000 in home repairs for seniors and persons with disabilities.
