From bottom and up, a new Ethical Economy community platform was build using asp.net and c#Sub-communities and several white label solutions was implemented.Hired and managed developers.Created an ethical scoring tool.Programmed internal ORM library, much like Linq2Sql. Researched a lot on a client/service framework

Optimized and refactored a booking system both visually and implementation wise using vb.net and windows forms.

Helped migrate several local platforms to the international platform,In a periode of 9 months I traveled to London every week.Created internal CMS tool for both platform, for costumer service and sales / marketing to easily control the web content.When Microsoft .net was in beta, I created Microsoft passport integration, for website login and Microsoft Messenger and created a Windows Application for handling auctions.Refactored custom build tool using Java Tomcat.
