Currently working with an IoT company that is building edge inferencing products for the manufacturing industry to detect anomalies in various equipment. Involved in the E2E solution architecture process - from sensors to data generation to choice of deep learning techniques and cloud based components. Also currently working with a sports technology company to provide a ranking engine based on performance data analytics. Deeply involved with the entire technology stack of this company and helping them move to the cloud.Previously worked with an EU based fintech startup to launch a payment/loyalty platform in India. Invented and developed the technology for a cloud arbitrated elliptic curve based security protocol with key storage, issuance and transaction processing capabilities. Wrote 4 provisional patents and the server side code. Developed prototypes showcasing the secure transmission of commerce instruments over NFC, BLE and WiFi Direct.

Raised $700K in angel funding, sold to leading brands, ran a 10 member development team and wrote code. In discussions with multiple companies for M&A.

Played a key role in the development of the world's first 64b ARM server SoC (X-Gene). Drove mindshare with the cloud server, storage, networking and HPC markets in APAC for various instances of the 64b ARM technology.Instrumental in the development of simulations and benchmarks to demonstrate the performance and TCO benefits of the APM SoC vis-à-vis the competition. Also, instrumental in the crafting of the APM strategies for network virtualization and HPC.Previously had global PLM and technology leadership responsibilities for the consumer storage/multimedia markets and in smart energy, enterprise networking and security. Defined OEM/ODM designs for home controllers, energy gateways, lighting controllers and NAS. Worked closely with partners such as CEVA to build communications SoCs for the smart energy market.

Played an instrumental role in the development and operations of an avatar based immersive 3D MMOG with more than a million users.Invented and developed a real time world synchronization protocol with multicast IP. Web/App servers ran sharded mysql databases, memcached and were deployed with puppet.Helped sell the tech to Microsoft who acquired this technology and several folks from Vivaty and incorporated it into Xbox products.

Played a pivotal role in the entry of Microsoft TV’s IPTV client platform into the European market by building in the right set of features and reducing time to market

Drove embedded system software and IPTV software development on a range of OEM platforms based on system-on-chip solutions from multiple silicon vendorsResponsible for client platform (bootloader and OS) bring-up on all IPTV set-tops (x86 and SoCs). Completely responsible for all IPTV client software development for European/Hybrid platforms

Provided technology leadership at a leading interactive TV startup Responsible for the architecture and development of RespondTV’s technology and products in the US and Europe.
