Full responsibility and management of Mortgage and Consumer loans (€ 9 bn. balances or 45% of bank’s loans portfolio).Key Achievements: -Set-up the new philosophy of restructuring through the “Adapt program”, under which 25% of delinquent loans (€1.2 bn.) restructured in 6 months, exceeding 12 times the restructuring activity of previous year (2011).-Establish a new customer experience by optimizing consumer loans’ granting process, resulting on less than 24 hours lead time and 80% increase of incoming applications.-Launch the most innovative restructuring product in the Greek market ("Definition of Payment"), channeling through this product 90% of restructured cases.
