Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager (SMM), Pati's primary focus and responsibilities included brand governance and effectively executing approved marketing activities/plans. She was responsible for all aspects of promotion, including creation of ads and brochures, managing content development (videos, photography, etc.), website management, execution of digital and traditional ad campaigns, etc., for multiple portfolios (LLM degrees and Continuing Legal Education programs).

Pati was an integral part of inquiry and registration processes for OsgoodePD’s non-credit continuing legal education (CLE) courses and was the first point of contact for the public.  She recognized gaps in existing registration, reporting and analysis processes and implemented a solution by developing a Microsoft Access database streamlining data entry, reporting and the customer experience. Maintaining the registration database and ensuring information was accurate and current was of critical importance to ensure data integrity for marketing efforts and analytics. In this role, she was responsible for managing the registration processes for all Continuing Legal Education programs including conferences, tele-seminars, webinars, workshops and sale of corresponding materials.
