About Paul (Pj) Philiba

Currently an IT Help Desk Technician with a large interest in blockchain technologies, which have lead to a combination of self-taught methods along with online learning to learn more about the technology as well as the programming language, Solidity. I am very interested in Cyber Security as well and have performed a variety of self-learning methods, along with hands-on testing, of different topics within the cyber security field, including beginner-level pentesting techniques within my own network on my own devices. I have side interests that include aerial photography as well as artistic creations including custom products - I have recently obtained my Part 107 License for commercial drone flights, and I regularly engage in art in many forms with the most recent project being hydro dipping products (mainly travel mugs). I have extensive experience with critical problem solving as well as interpersonal communications skills, which have been developed in my previous work experience in combination with my learning from college. I also have an awareness of the Medicaid/Medicare services and procedures as it relates to the Intellectual and Developmental Disability population. I love learning, always strive to be an excellent team member, and I am driven to succeed and will continue to push myself to achieve success, which I define as being able to adequately (and comfortably) afford the necessities in life along with the ability to afford supporting a family without worrying about losing everything if there was an emergency that had an unforeseeable cost.
