My motto is to give my all and change the world around me for the better.As the Head of Planning and Delivery at PROEXE, I lead a team of analysts, designers, project managers, and testers, and oversee the execution and delivery of complex IT projects, mainly in the VOD domain. I have over 8 years of experience in IT project management, using various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models, and working with clients in Polish and English. I am also a certified AgilePM, Management 3.0 and PRINCE2 practitioner, and an active member and mentor of PMI.Besides my professional role, I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I teach MBA courses on "IT project management" and "Agile organization management" at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where I also obtained my MBA degree. I enjoy cooking, drawing, practicing Aikido, and listening to audiobooks. I believe that success is driven by people, continuous improvement, openness to change, and self-confidence.
