Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions for SMB clients in a Managed Services Provider organization.• On-Premises and Cloud Migration: - Lead and manage migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365. - Develop and execute migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.• Microsoft Intune Implementation: - Implement, configure and support Microsoft Intune for managing Windows computers and mobile devices. - Develop policies and procedures for device management and security.• Windows Deployment: - Deploy Windows 10 and 11 using Intune and Autopilot. - Create and maintain deployment scripts and automation processes.• Security Solutions Implementation: - Implement and support third-party security solutions such as Barracuda Total Email Protection and Sophos Endpoint Protection. - Ensure comprehensive security measures are in place to protect client data and systems.• Microsoft Azure Networks: - Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Azure networks for both cloud-only and hybrid environments. - Configure and manage virtual networks, VPNs, and other Azure networking components.• Client Support and Consultation: - Provided expert consultation to clients on IT architecture, security initiatives, operational best practices and improved utilization of existing products. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.• Documentation and Training: - Create and maintain detailed documentation for all implemented solutions. - Provide training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
