As of today, October 1,2013, I am continuing my research to improve the exercise section by addressing a functional fitness program that will be intense, but much safer than some of the current HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) systems on the market right now. The physical section will be implementing our new "PPT-6 I. C.A.N.(Intuitive/Instinctive Combatives Application and Negation)"(TM), as our short term "Offensive Defense" physical techniques that are a part of the overall plan for safety from crime. The motions are based on the philosophy of applications from the Filipino Martial Arts, with research continuing to make it better. Since 11/05/2012, I have been working on a new exercise concept I call "TPAC"(TM), "TotalPhyt Action Conditioning", my answer to the trends of HIIT and "CrossFit". There have been reports of injuries in these programs due to extremes, but mine is based on functional exercise and the use of the Total Gym. I will soon have this in the marketplace, and will introduce it to clients in March 2014. As of today, May 30, 2014, I have instituted TPAC(TM) into my regimen for myself and clients since the March date. I will be posting pictures very soon, and I am excited to share this with everyone. It will be progressive and adaptable for everyone, and I will continue to research the best and most up to date info I can .
