Handle Web & Mobile oriented Project in No Sql & other Niche Technology

Project mangement & anlysis of web & mobile projects. Also help the development & design team to achieve the project goals

Responsible for technical training to the acquisition & sales team as & when required.Responsible for analyzing client requirements & managing Web-projects & software Projects in PHP, MySql, Java, .NET & other cms projects built in Joomla/Codeignitor/CakePHP.Overseeing international & domestic client escalation & interacting with them as & when necessary.Design & development of the in-house projects for the company such as CRM, Website Builder tool, etc using customized & community tools such as Processmaker etc.Main projects can be viewed under the company profile in www.businessprodesigns.com/portfolio.php Also handling the Technical consultant team members as Team Leader.Project management of the Mobile Projects for iPhone & Android with the Mobile application Development Team.

Training & Development Responsible for corporate training as a Manager- Training & Development.Working as a project coordinator in PMS and Java, open-source training program for the implementation & execution of the project. Batch size for the above is 10-20 persons Responsible for development & implementation of Web-projects & software Projects in PHP, MySql, Java & also joomla & other cms projects.Handling a developer & designing team of 5-8 persons.

Responsible for corporate training as a Corporate TrainerWorking as a project coordinator Cum Trainer in IT Entrepreneurship Development Program Under North Eastern Council for the Government of Mizoram, Planning Department for the implementation & execution of the project.Team size for the above project is 4-10 persons in the team.Responsible for :Exilant (Bhubaneswar): Training in Unix, Programming Logic Techniques, Core Java, Servlets, JSP, including project development for the participants with JSP, Servlet & J2EE.ITEDP (Govt.
