Recruitment Consultant
Current• Conduct initial mapping list of potential candidates via different resources like, job portals, headhunting, social network, referencing etc.• Act as a catalyst in driving business growth and building strategic relationships• Initial screening of the candidates via telephonic discussion or a short face to face interaction• Ask insightful questions to the potential candidates for the mandates (positions)• Referring the screened-up candidates to respective client• Scheduling & coordinating with the candidates at different levels of the recruitment cycle• Hold experience in conducting reference checks for the prospective candidates• Demand and practice operational excellence at all levels• Client Handling experience.• Experience in Normal as well as Walk-In positions.• Achieving targets in given time limits.• Core part of end to end recruitment cycle till joining of the candidates• Preparation of day to day reports, Documentation, Database Management • MIS Reporting.• Experience in client handling for Flipkart, Datamatics, Mindtree, Microland, Qualitest, Allstate, Travel Industry, Banking & Finance, Swiggy, Zomato and many more.
