Project Manager Scrum Master
Current• Managing Scrum & Kanban projects, leading the client-side discussions, facilitating & monitoring the production releases.• Coordinating sprint ceremonies, Maintain Sprint artifacts, metrics including velocity/progress and team performance, issues and risks, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.• Remove any impediments that would prevent the delivery team to achieve its Sprint goals.• Provide management visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction.• Coordinates cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to identify / define specifications, and continuously communicate project status and needs.• Involvement in project estimation and planning, process improvements, contribution in Agile-CoP• Ability to coordinate with multiple Agile and non-Agile teams to deliver large initiatives.• Motivate and coach team for continuous improvements towards consistent delivery of working software each Sprint.• Leverage past experiences to identify potential areas of improvement in project performance and sharing of best practices related to overall project management.
