I am working to influence livelihood activities in Bihar at scale primarily partnering with BRLPS for the development of a resource pool, training modules, ready reckoners, and perspective building of staff around Livelihoods. I also participate in the recruitment and assessment of Young Professionals(YP) as an external. Central sector scheme on formation and promotion of FPOs is another area of engagement where I get engaged for shaping the FPO program by guiding ground-level implementation in PRADAN coordinating with implementing agencies like NAFED, NABARD, SFAC, and NCDC. Policy advocacy by participating in Bihar SFAC at the state and national level through writing to the authority and regional meetings. For Large scale influence, I actively participate in coming and nurturing CSOs coalition RCRC is one of them. Conceiving ideas and mobilising resources for bringing large-scale change.
