 Handling Day to day accounting work in SAP environment. TME claims Export checking & payment processing Vendor Bills verification and processing, PO/SO, review and controlling of vendors accounts. Handing Sales accounting and debtors management Distributors claims settlement against primary and secondary sales & making credit note.  Price and Schemes checking & updating in SAP through BDC as per requirement of marketing team. Settlement & Controlling of Short Schemes sent by Customer Support Prices & Scheme Difference Debit/Credit Notes, if any Daily MIS report Preparation with RS outstanding and submit to concern department Reconciliation of various accounts (Customer, Bank, Vendor etc) Manage reconciliations, quality complaints & balance confirmations. Customer blocking & unblocking on daily basic as per outstanding & allow to making sales order  Reconciliation of goods transfers accounts of depots and units. Reconciliation of debtor’s and creditor’s accounts. Prepare of Cheques to vendor/ expenses payments /others on daily basic Sampling data form checking and preparation credit note & calculate man days. Processing Goods Return Notes for all respective Depots & Units. Checking of transporter freight bills & process to payment in sap. Passing consignee commission credit note, CSD & CPC commission bills as per approval. Handle customer account management, accounts receivable, settle of customers claims generating sales volume, passing customer claims as per approval. Preparing various Debit & Credit notes and following-up for payments, F&F settlements of distributors. Knowledge of TDS and GST. Deduction of TDS and verification of GST input credit.  Booking the monthly and yearly provisions. 100% checking of Travel Expenses of field force claim strictly as per T.A./D.A. policy in Happay expense management system & given imprest on monthly basics.
