As a Head of Human Resources and Administration functions in India for TA Digital, I am responsible for planning, operations and strategy of resources for the Company. I am also spearheading the efforts to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent and create a world class workplace for TA Digital. I believe that the real growth and development of organization happens when we have the mindset to leverage the synergy of Human, Technology and Business elements.

I am leading the Human Resource, Training and Administration teams of TA Digital India (TechAspect Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). I have contributed towards Management and HR strategy formulation, process and system implementation.

I was leading the India HR Team, and my focus was to improve on / build effective HR systems.
