Rural areas in India have been subjected to various experiments by the government in the last five decades; experiments like The Green Revolution, Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme, various industrial and housing policies and very recently RURBAN and Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAANJHI). Even after the implementation of these schemes, India’s rural scenario is far from what was intended by the policy makers. In this documentary we take you to village Jaunti, a rural village located in the North-West district of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It was adopted by Dr. Udit Raj under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) considering the village’s historical and agricultural significance. Along with focus on Physical and Social Infrastructure aspects for betterment of rural areas, there is also a need for Entrepreneurial enhancement for a better quality of life. Through the documentary, we’ve tried to get find out the disparity or skewness in policies from that on ground taking into consideration opinion of people in power and those on whom implementation takes place. At the end of it, difference in opinion merges to the same very point of non-hunger nights and a better quality of life. Working of Schemes would work if there is more of action and not mere eye candied paperwork. Prepared Land-use Map for Redevelopment Plan of Oshiwara District Centre (ODC), Mumbai.ODC was proposed way back in Oshiwara District Centre Development Plan 1992. Due to varied reasons like ownership issues, shifting of the proposed railway station, etc there is a huge difference between Proposal and existing situation on the ground. Oshiwara, Mumbai was the apt location selected for decentralization of commercialization in South Mumbai and to connect the Western Suburbs with efficient connectivity. Due to high population influx in the city, there was a constant demand for commercial and office space to be developed. Hence, there is an attempt made to analyze existing situation prominent for the District Centre like Location, Transportation, Land use, Finance and Environment. Accordingly, Land use for the site was proposed.

Prepared a Layout Plan on the 'Airport City' concept for a 7.58 hectare area in the Multi Utility Zone. connected with Airport and Allied Activities Area. The floating population of Shirdi is 1 lakh per day approximately which will increase to 1.3 to 1.5 lakh per day approximately during weekends and festivals. Considering this heavy inflow of Devotees and to promote the religious tourism further in the State and to promote Industrial & commercial growth, Government of Maharashtra vide GR. 23.07.2008 planned to develop Green field International airport at Kakdi village and entrusted MADC as a Special Purpose Authority for the development. MADC has prepared a master plan to develop the Green Field International Airport at Shirdi in phases. In the Phase-I, it is being developed only for Visual Flight Rules (VFR) operations from Dawn to Dusk for Private use. In the Phase-II, the airport will be developed for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations on round the clock basis for Public use i.e. for scheduled flights.
