System C – NAND Flash Simulation and Modelling:=======================================Simulation and Modelling of NAND Flash and NAND Flash FTL.This project involves simulation and modelling of Micron’ s different FTL and NAND flash architecture before actual implementation to measure performance of each different architecture.To measure performance different FTL architecture, we simulated I/O traffic, Host, different FTLs, Flash Controller and Bus, NAND Flash. Up to 8 flash channels were simulated.Responsibilities are Design for entire simulation and Coding and debugging for the following modules• FTL• NAND Flash• Flash controller and Bus• IO traffic generation for performance measurement(IO meter, sequential and random I/O)iSCSI for SAN Routers:==================It is a maintenance project of iSCSI stack of Brocade SAN Router (enhancements and Bug fixing),The project is to implement the enhancements, bug fixing and resolving customer issues of Brocade’s FC – IP gateway switch (SAN Router).Role: Bug fixing and implementation of In-band management featureIn-band management: =================The Brocade’s eclipse SAN Router switches had only one management port for managing SAN. It had 4 iSCSI ports (iSCSI targets), which can be connected to different IP networks. This enhancement is to support SAN management through iSCSI data ports for IP network in the iSCSI port. So the iSCSI port was capable to handle both data and management traffic.
