Retainer Work Duration (From 2013 to 2015)The solution included - - Developing guidelines on the grooming, communication skills, confident body language and store etiquette.- Training staff on the guidelines.- Conducting weekly audits to check how guidelines are being followed.- Measuring progress and taking corrective actions.Oration 2015 : The Annual Conference of Toastmasters International, District 41 with participants from 185 clubs spread across India.Conducted a grooming session for the contestants with an emphasis on improving their stage presence. Session included- Helping the participants & understanding their individual style.- Selecting the right colours to match skin tones.- Clothing hierarchy- The right body language for a speakerSessions were done in groups of 5 via Video Conferencing.Individual consulting was provided to the contestants.Mumbai contestants were groomed face to face, whereas out of station contestants were groomed were via video conferencing.
