Worked with Invest India (Ministry of Commerce) to identify ways to make start up registration in India simpler. The project was designed to help improve ease of doing business in the country and enable digital India initiatives

As a part of the India & APAC Consulting group, my projects involve assisting clients across the Asia Pacific region transform/ improve their sales and marketing efforts. As a business associate I was an active participant in creating and delivering solution for clients. 1) Engaged with the Manager to execute a $1.25M project from a pharma company to forecast market and recommend growth strategies for next 10 years for 3 countries focusing on Vietnam, aiding ~14% increase in client’s revenue 2) Collaborated with the Associate Principal to advise a multinational pharmaceutical company on a pricing strategy for two new drugs for the Taiwan market3) Played a key role in setting up analysis to re-evaluate the commercial org. model for a multinational pharmaceutical company which had acquired a portfolio of specialty and branded generic products in Australia 4) Conceptualized and designed first of its kind training module on “Positioning and Messaging for Generics” for a pharma major in India to develop a capability building program for its product managers and group product managers; helped deliver the training in a classroom setting5) Supported a client to develop a case for change for top emerging markets to ensure alignment with regional expectations; helped the client recognize changes required to the currently existing primary care go-to-market strategy in 3 countries; work on this project resulted in further projects worth $0.25M for ZS in other countries6) Evaluated field team structure and identified optimal field force size for a client in Taiwan to ensure client’s continued leadership position in the country for different business units7) Developed an innovative methodology to index provinces in SE Asian countries according to their regional and local market potential using unconventional parameters - given the lack of reliable data

While working as a content analyst at Zomato, I:1) Was named point of contact for Hyderabad in India. Went to the city and handled a team of 4 – was one of the most junior associates to be given the responsibility - Worked on getting the statistics of the city over 90% - Proposed a new incentive compensation and deployment strategy for data collectors (DCs) which resulted in improved performance of DCs - Trained the new content associate hired to handle the city data post my departure2) Played a key role in launching the portal in the Edinburg and Glasgow, lead a team of 10 associates to meet the deadline of launching the country pages 3) Collaborated with the expansions and marketing heads to successfully execute a marketing campaign in the London market by suggesting and executing various QC checks to make the city data ready for the rush after campaign launch
