Current1.Monitoring and evaluating Daily Reports (Connectivity, Daily Pickup and delivery Performance Reports).2.Ensuring of all order must be picked after all standard Quality Check3.Continuous interaction with the courier partners for effective pickup and delivery of the shipments. 4.Ensuring all the orders must be scanned/processed connected for Mother Hub same day5.Monitoring of all orders which are cancelled between seller warehouses to Pick-up Hub, must be returned to the seller on the very same day6.Responsible for the grooming standards, adherence of Health & Safety norms and Hygiene standards at the location 7.Responsible for the growth of Field Executives to the next level and extraction of misfit Field Executives capture in report formats.8.Ensure proper channel of communication by arranging or conducting huddle/briefings.9.Administering the daily functioning across operations and steering MIS reporting while ensuring process compliance.10.Driving several operational projects in coordination with the Project Team while ensuring compliance with norms11.Supervising performance standards; assuring effective monitoring & reporting of the same.12.Assuring effective maintenance of all administrative & IT records; extending support to different teams13.Attending daily escalation calls and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times14.Communicating the delivery % and undelivered % report to each hub to ensure operational efficiencyControlling the additional responsibilities of customer relationship management and training & development, as required Leading and monitoring the performance level of the maintenance staff for ensuring superior customer service and accomplishment of service targetsDevising service standards, setting high quality standards for effective customer service
