• Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments. • Coordination and managing Courier and Transport operations.• Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria. • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs. • Negotiate rates with carriers & transporters. • Prepare the all LR and freight charges of all aligned to planned transporter for dispatch.• Vehicle tracking before and after dispatch the material.• Responsibility of bill verification by HOD for timely payment of vendor and driver on particular time frame.• Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials.• Responsible for Stock evaluation, preparing and updating daily stock sheet and inventory.• Inventory responsibility and physical stock taking along with Warehouse Manager.• Managing all day-to-day store operations and updating all inventory records daily in the ERP.• Follow up with Purchase Department for material arrangement on time.• Monitoring order punching, order dispatch and invoicing in the ERP system.• Preparation of computerized GRN (Goods Receiving Note) up to bill forward. • Maintaining cash required for Logistics operation & Preparation of Vouchers in ERP System.• Making Physical Verification, Documentation, maintain proper records keeping & files.• Assisting in coordination with Head Office for smooth dispatching.• Dealing with warehouse related queries by Email & Telephone in a time.• Updating of all communication received to be done daily.

Have good knowledge of various modules of SAP i.e. Sales, Accounts, Production.Managing stock transfers across India and its documentation.Keeping track of placed orders with the mill through SAP’s production status module.Generating outbound delivery challans for other sales depots.Organizing quarterly stock inventory & stock taking for the depot and updating the stock into the system with SAP tools.Monitoring order punching and invoicing to the customers in SAP.Keeping tab of stationary and other Stocks required in day to day functioning of office and replenishing it accordingly.Continuous follow ups of order with mill personals through mailing system and getting production priorities done according to the deadlines.Inventory responsibility and stock taking along with store Manager–To be done quarterly. Updating of all communication received to be done daily.Daily reporting on stock sales/performance as per format include important customer feedback.
