Insurance Process (Property & Casualty): Commercial & Personal Lines-• Handled Quotation, Submission, Rating, Binders, Policy Checking & Renewals.• Process with multi Carrier policies i.e. Hallmark, Travelers, AmTrust, Nationwide, Chubb, Guard, NICO etc.• Process endorsements related to changes in policy as per agent requirements.• Contact insured via email or other involved persons to obtain missing information.• Review insurance policy to determine coverage.• Calculate premiums, refunds, commissions & adjustments using insurance rate standards. • Provide invoice for endorsements to agent or insured person.• Generating Acord Forms (125/126/140/25)• Familiar with Insurance Management Systems i.e. AIM, ImageRight, ALIS, DMS, QQCatalyst, Applied EPIC, Applied Doris and AMS360.Logistic Process:• Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages.• Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse.• Keep stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.• Provides proactive communications and solutions for distribution issues.• Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.• Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.• Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales teams.• Coordinates imports and exports.• Reviews freight rates: air, cargo and land.• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis.
