 Responsible for creating end-to-end test plan. Participation in FRD/BRD walk-through calls with Requirement and Operation team. Participation in Entry/Exit control allied with different Sign-off.  Prepare the Test Strategy, Risk & Mitigation Plan. Participation on Planning, Estimation call with Client and Stakeholders from internal Mgmt. Region Booking and verifying the availability of regions before start of SIT. Participation on Production and SIT Environment call to discuss Post Production Issues. Identifying issues and problems with the scope and progress of projects. Participation on Triage Management calls with Technology and Development Team. Reviewing Daily/Weekly status report and send to the client. Manage functional testing, regression testing and keep track of all the new releases. Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable. Identify test requirements from specifications and design test coverage plan. Work with the development team and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues found throughout the STLC. Provide detailed test execution records as directed by the QA Manager. Internal/External Audit Coordinator (i.e. Risk Control & Self-Assessment, Integrated Quality Management Service, Project Management Review ) Monitoring and controlling CR approval from the Change Control Board. Experience in Preparation of Cause Analysis based on Customer Score. Involvement in Resource Allocation, Control Chat and Change management. Handle Resource utilization - Resource assignment and scheduling on basis of availability. Supervising the day-to-day activities of team associates Create and Manage Backup Plan with for role and responsibilities, with timely spin.  Communicating project concerns to senior managers. Handle multiple assignments at the same time and coordinate with different Stakeholders.
