Sr. Associate - Prod Compliance
Current• Report violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures.• Conduct audit for products and services sold on the Amazon website, as a part of the Product Assurance team (Product Safety, Risk and Security | PARS) - Health and Safety Sustainability Security & Compliance | HSSSC) & WW Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS).• Follow up regulatory compliance management with government agencies as a part of the Upstream Product Safety Control (UPSC).• Conduct meetings with global compliance teams for calibration and alignment of SOP as per updated regulatory policies.• Use a wide variety of tools including Annotation Portal, CP central, Paragon, ARNOLD, ASHA, Image Assist, Converter Dumper Tool, Twister Tool, Reinstatement Tracker and CSI etc.• Communicate with sellers/vendors & review documentation for each Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) product & Fecilitate within service level agreement (SLA) of the Sellers/Vendors for a better turn around time.• Designed and conducted training/mentoring sessions for associates/new hires address queries for associates on-floor. Handle escalations, recalls and provide customized solutions to selling/vendor partners.• Provide ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience. Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flag any updates to Manager.
