Developed long term competitive strategies for Internal Business Units for product transition and enhancements. * Manage On-Time Purchase activities of major components for Pump viz., Motors, Mechanical Seals, Couplings, Fabrication parts, Imported Pump parts and Machining of casting parts within the project budget * New Supplier Selection/Identification Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology. Establish and Maintain business relationship with key suppliers and ensure negotiated agreements are implemented. * Stage wise monitoring the product development at supplier location. Identification of critical issues in the Sampling development and preparing contingency plan and action to meet the given project completion deadline by actively involving in pre-launch of product before CAPEX approval.* Analyze and Manage Inventory during Ordering & Receipt stage.
