CurrentI have always been motivated by the goal of implementing innovative programs that convert vision into action. I have been fortunate to spearhead groundbreaking projects that addressed important areas such as Artificial Intelligence, fraud management, revenue optimization, & customer experience.Designing a new framework that linked different organizational goals with the strategic priorities of the company has been a very fulfilling challenge for me. By establishing this organized framework, I made sure that each project was carried out accurately and provided concrete advantages. By collaborating with top-level executives on steering committees, I assisted in keeping the bank's overall goals in sight, making sure all strategic decisions stayed aligned and achieved the intended results.I believe that successful program implementation requires more than just technical expertise. The goal is to promote a culture where different methodologies, like agile or traditional, are used to smoothly implement complex changes throughout the organization. My main focus has always been on ensuring that every project aligns with the business's long-term vision, which includes overseeing large-scale projects and cultivating lasting partnerships with senior management and key stakeholders.I excel in vendor management and allocating resources in complex situations. I take pride in creating environments where accountability and collaboration drive results by ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Taking the lead in implementing a standardized PMO and guiding teams on best practices has been crucial in maintaining the ongoing success of our processes.Establishing the AI Engineering function was one of the most thrilling ventures I have been a part of. By contributing to the strategic review and crafting forward-thinking business solutions, I’ve helped the organization gain a competitive edge while embracing the future of digital transformation.
