As a Project Manager State, I am working for the Rural Tourism Project to develop the tourist destinations in rural areas of Madhya Pradesh. To enhance and create additional source of income for rural community conducting the skill development trainings. Promoting the local art and craft through the support of local as well as national agencies and experts.

As a PO I am responsible to coordinate and manage technical support in WHH supported project currently being implemented in Chattarpur and Sheopur districts. As technical agency, we develop PLA design, plan and train core human resource, guide and support implementing partners (NGOs) as well as government agency/ies involved. Primary focus areas are - planning, implementation and quality assurance in training at all levels and roll out of PLA meetings on ground.

As SPM Sanjhi Sehat I handle the overall responsibility of the program implementation as per the guideline and achieve outcome within the timeline. Key Accountability : -• Rolling out Sanjhi Sehat interventions in five selected districts.• Coordinating with MPTAST for training of Sanjhi Sehat Staff.• Supporting in preparation of work plan for the project.• Analyzing MIS and progress data and writing relevant reports for the project. • Regular field visit for hand holding support and & monitoring of the project implementation.• Participating in the state and district level meetings organized by MPTAST to review the project progress. • Serving as a link between Sanjhi Sehat Project and MP Rajya Ajeevika Forum.• Documenting the best practices from the project areas.

As a M&D I worked with JYMS and manage overall monitoring of the project as well as documentation of the program.

Presently based in Churu Rajasthan with (BCT/WSP). As a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert (M&E Expert) providing technical support to district to Scale up Rural Sanitation through Adoption of Community Led Approaches.As an M&E Expert I am responsible for providing technical support to district campaign with appropriate designs, estimates and oversight. Support the program team and stakeholders in operationalizing the policies and guideline of Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan (NBA), technical designs and standards in the regional program. To achieve goal and fulfill the objective introduce affordable, appropriate, accessible technological options. Undertake technical assessments, reviews, and build capacity of stakeholders to ensure technical standards at all the level of the campaign.

As State Coordinator I ensure the implementation of the project and planning for fundraising activities along with Liaison with GO/NGO/Pvt Officials at State as well as District level.
