I) Working with M/s Project-coordinator at Datasoft Computer Services PVT.Ltd.II) Worked with M/s Capital Business System Limited (www.cbsl.com), New Delhi.Period : From Feb’2010 to Till Date Role : Project Co-ordinatorResponsibility :  Pre-tendering activities related to the project work to be executed. It involves - o Reconnaissance, site visit to understand the project.o Rate negotiation activities with the commercial teams of client.o To become as a successful tenderer by a mode of Reverse Auction process.o Tender preparation & submission. Post-tendering activities related to the project work to be executed. It involves - o Project execution plan at site alongwith the user deptt.o Manpower deployment activities which later involve fulfillment of requirement as per Contract Labour Cell (CLC) deptt. of SAIL/BSL.o Equipment and other accessories handling & their deployment includes networking of client PCs & Server.o Daily & Weekly plan to execute the job and accordingly co-ordination with the Site In-Charge of SAIL/BSL.o Processing of Bills (RA, Final Bill) through the project execution deptt. and follow-up at finance deptt. of SAIL/BSL for it’s early & fast clearance.o Reporting & further plan related to development of project work with the Site In-Charge as well as higher management team of SAIL/BSL and then accordingly reporting to our head offices.
