Al Qamra Facility Management – QAFAM, Doha, Qatar (2018 Oct – Present)Website: - https://www.qafam.com/QAFAM | IT & ELV Facility Engineer Project: - Air Traffic Control Complex – Doha International Airport Client: - Qatar Civil Aviation Authority Responsibilities: - • Leading ELV Department consisting of including supervisor, team leader and technicians. • Assets are Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, Telecommunication and Distribution System, Public Address System, Access Control System, Security System- CCTV.• Responsible for maintaining critical rooms consist of devices like, servers, routers, switches, radio equipment etc.• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple critical equipment rooms including datacenter for the preventative maintenance of the Power, HVAC, and Fire Suppression Systems.• Reviewing Preventive maintains are doing properly and make sure corrective maintains are doing on urgent and timely basis depends on its criticality.• Reviewing Sub-Contractors SLA and suggesting changes to Project Manager.• Schedule Sub- Contractors for Quarterly/Half/Yearly maintains and some corrective maintains as well.• Handling client requirement on priority basis and as per SLA.• Sound knowledge about AHU, CHILLERS, GENERATORS, UPS, etc.• Attending weekly meeting with client for progression discussion.• On-call 24/7 appropriately responding to urgent issues as they arise.• Utilized IBM - MAXIMO to track and communicate work status and completion record of facility maintenance issues.• Dealing vendors for supply of spare parts and consumables.
