Roles & Responsibilities:  Identify and implement key strategic supply chain activities which will directly contribute to the business's growth plans. Manage 3PL Warehouse. Accountable for timely inbound as per ASN. Direct activities related to dispatching, monitoring and tracking the shipments to ensure faster TAT for B2B & B2C. To resolve the complaints raised by the internal stakeholders, vendor partners, couriers. To monitoring of the pickups and the dispatches of the Reverse Shipments as per TAT 100% Compliance of KPI. Continuous Process Improvement and Adherence of Quality Standards at all times. Planning and organizing the Vehicle & courier load segregation and root Plan. Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to implement the procedures, goals, objectives. Ensure commercial and statutory compliances are met along with the support of teams. Team Management, Training and Development of transport teams. Achieving Maximum Productivity of manpower. Manage the movement of the product on approval. Pro-actively identify and report on overstocking, under-stocking or out of stock scenarios and engage with applicable role-players within the warehouse. Oversee the procurement of direct and indirect materials and services. Conduct Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) along with Hub In-charge and Support team. Conduct stock-takes to ensure reconciliation between records and actuals. Train the reportees to upgrade the skill sets. MIS Reports ( Fulfilment Report, TAT, inbound and outbound, Inventory and others reports
