Handling Project activities by proper planning of various requirements with respect toresources, manpower and monitoring the overall project for ensuring timely completion➢ Responsible for timely billing to customer, follow up for the payment to maintain thecash flow to take the benefit of lower operating costs and higher return on capitalemployed.➢ Monitoring the project execution with regards to BOQ & Contract terms to ensure therequired variation & escalationOverall responsibility for execution & monitoring of HVAC equipment’s like Chillers,Chilled Water Pump, TFA’s, AHU’S , FCU’s, Cassette units, AWU’s, Exhaust units etc➢ Execution & monitoring of low side works MS piping, valves, G.I Ducting for AHUs,TFA’s, FCU’s and Exhaust units with Accessories like VAV’s Motorized Dampers,Volume Control Dampers, Fire Dampers & Final Fixtures➢ Estimation of projects and feasibility verification from the project execution point ofview with the cost and resource optimization, control and monitoring of budget➢ Responsible for Planning of the material and stock management while keeping properresources/infrastructure on site.➢ Competent to exclusively execute the testing & commissioning of HVAC system➢ Preparing reports like CVR (cost variance report) to analyze the job status
