Requirements received from concern department get quotations, make comparison and prepare purchase order and forward to various vendor. Responsible for all Inventories/ Challan/ Bills & payments.Maintain up to date record of purchase requisition received from various departments and project sites.Maintain copies of all certificates, procedures, purchase orders, material transfer notes in an easily accessible location for the audit process.Reference all purchase orders in the respective storage spaces for easy traceability.Verification, checking and certification of purchase/control bill and forwarding the same to accounts for payment as per the schedule of payment.Liaison with government agency like payment water bill, electricity bill & telephone bill etc.Coordinate and Monitor Store Operations.Supervise orders and arrange stocking of Materials and Equipment to ensure they meet needs.Communicate with Site Incharge and Site Engineers.Plan and track of materials according to engineers requirements.Keep logs and records of stocks, executed orders etc.
