CurrentSales Strategy & Alignment:Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure sales efforts align with business objectives.Team Leadership:Oversee a group of inside sales managers, SDRs, and BDRs across regions.Hire, onboard, and train top-performing sales talent to build a high-performance culture.Performance Management:Monitor and evaluate team performance using KPIs like pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue growth.Provide coaching and development opportunities for team leads and sales representatives.Pipeline Development & Execution:Ensure robust pipeline development through inbound and outbound efforts.Drive teams to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets consistently.Collaboration:Work with marketing and customer success teams to enable sales and generate leads.Present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews to senior management and stakeholders.Market Penetration & Innovation:Launch sales campaigns or processes to enter new markets or industries.Leverage emerging technologies like AI-driven tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance team productivity.
