As an Accounts & Admin Executive at Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka, I apply my accounting and finance skills to support the mission of building a better world by helping organizations become great workplaces. I am responsible for managing the financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices and reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements. I also assist with the administrative tasks, such as organizing events, maintaining databases, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. I have over three years of work experience in the accounting and finance field, having previously worked as a Senior Finance Executive at Modern Deals and a Returns Executive at Daraz. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in handling financial transactions, processing returns and refunds, analyzing data, and improving processes and procedures. I have also developed strong skills in financial accounting, account reconciliation, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Xero. I have a passion for learning and growing in my field of expertise, and I hold a certificate in Accounting and Finance from OKI International School. I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to deliver high-quality work and service to my clients and colleagues.
