Pradeep Pathak, an Engineer by profession and a Technocrat by passion has a successful career spanning 35 years. As Vice President & Global Operations Head of SAP Practice with L&T Infotech, he is successfully managing a growing practice of US$ 100 Million revenue, delivering 60+ international projects spread across Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia with a team of 2800+ SAP professionals.With 22 years of experience in the manufacturing industry comprising of strategic sourcing, planning, production management and ERP implementation experience, he took over the SAP consulting practice lead major transformation projects involving global rollouts in 109 countries operating from multiple countries. Under his leadership the SAP practice has developed 30+ vital intellectual properties in leading SAP technology areas that accelerates SAP deployment and provides value-adds to customer engagements. He has participated in several International conferences & Events and is instrumental in managing & publishing various papers and articles for Gartner, Forrester and other leading Consultants, including those on Global Outsourcing & Success of Onsite-Offshore model at PMI QA Asia Conference. Under his able leadership, SAP business unit has consistently managed to execute various full life cycle, transformation projects fetching various customer accolades and awards including “Supplier of the year” for two consecutive years and has achieved global certification from SAP including Global Service Partner, SAP certified provider for AMS, Certified Integration Partner and India’s first HANA RDS partner certification.
