My career has been closely intertwined with the growth and success of Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a distinguished government-owned company under the Ministry of Railways, renowned as the pioneer and largest enterprise in the Container logistics industry.My career with CONCOR has been nothing short of a fascinating odyssey, marked by diverse roles, relentless pursuit of excellence, and unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in container logistics. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities, each contributing to my profound understanding of the industry.I began my journey in ICD CFS infrastructure planning, where I honed my skills in designing and optimizing the critical infrastructure that forms the backbone of efficient logistics. This foundational experience instilled in me the importance of meticulous planning, foresight, and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the industry. My foray into warehouse management deepened my appreciation for the importance of well-organized and efficient storage solutions. I learned the art of managing inventory with precision, ensuring timely deliveries, and enhancing the overall supply chain.My heart truly belongs to container train operations, where I've spent a significant portion of my career. Managing the seamless movement of containers is both an art and a science. My tenure in this domain has been marked by orchestrating the synchronized ballet of containers across vast rail networks. Today, I am privileged to lead the container train operations of 213 rakes and 33 terminals, CRT & Private Sidings across Northern India, a testament to my team's dedication and my own unwavering commitment.My role in the overall management of container terminals allowed me to see the big picture. It's where strategy meets execution, and I relished the challenge of optimizing terminal operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.My passion for the logistics industry burns brighter than ever.
