CurrentGracia, an interior and contracting company rendering high-end 'design and build' services for various business industries along with a luxury range of products related to interiors and furnishing for residential customers. My role is very wide handling from day to day sales and marketing needs to development of long terms strategies to meet company growth objectives and customer experience. • Responsible for Product Management and Marketing, driving for sales revenue and profit growths.• Develop digital channel, strategies and targeted multi-channel marketing programs for Gracia that help them successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers• Develop marketing collateral, managing social media, sales tools and product trainings and work seamlessly with marketing communications to ensure successful product launch.• Lead and manage all product and service category teams responsible for different product and services lines for competitive product portfolio, effective positioning and selling. • Drive product roadmap and planning. Set strategy and execution plan in line with business strategy and financial goals.• Initiate NPIP (New Product Introduction Process) through project management and cross-functional teams and follow through the process to ensure realization of product performance, sales revenue and profit targets.• Provide product related supports to sales on project tenders to increase win rate.
