- Design & Development for SSA team components ( Front & Rear Suspension Links, Bushes & Subframe).- Supplier Management, APQP, PPAP & PSW sign-off & deliverables submission for Gateways.- Failure Analysis of Bushes, Bush Life calculation, design proposals and development.- RMDV, RTC - Test cases/ report preparation, DVPV checks and submissions.- Vehicle EOT checks & Inspections and Evidence log creations.- Release activities through ICREATE, PACN & CFT discussions.

- Designing & Developing Suspension systems/sub systems/components through DFM/DFA process.- Executing complete Product Lifecycle including concept development, packaging development, engineering calculations (tolerances, weight, main dimensions and bodybuilder suitability), geometrical verification, project management and reporting.- Gathering & analyzing requirements and developing & executing project plans & schedules while assuring delivery of projects within defined time & budget constraints; leading sub-projects of all the projects- RTC checks, Generic drawing creation/ ZNC drawing checks & CAD Assemblies in Remote Engineering Designer role activities- COE in Coil Spring design calculations and S&N curve analysis.- Wheel Envelope, Wheel postures study, clearance checks & Roll study calculations for Local projects.- Conducting Process capability study, Design & Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis/ Feasibility study.- Cost Reduction proposals/ VA/VE Idea generation through part & process communization.- Benchmarking of competitor vehicles and analysis to implement the ideas generated.

- RFQ & Feasibility study, Design Calculation of Coil Spring (Susp-2W & 4W/Engine & Valve Springs).- Drafting and customizing the 3D/2D drawing of the parts/products/Fixtures/Checker Gauges using CAD Tools.- Project Management, APQP, PPAP & PSW Sign-off of the parts.- Process Optimization of the proposed design, VA & VE proposals for the existing designs.- Strain Gauging of the parts to check the actual stress & co-relating with design stress.- Fatigue testing / Salt spray test / Cyclic Corrosion Test of the springs and report generation.- Designing & developing of components by implementing Design for Manufacturing & Design for Assembly (DFM/DFA) processes; conducting Process Capability Study, Design & Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis & Feasibility Study and including value stream improvement and prototype development
