It is an efficient tool for Analysis, Classification and TrendAnalysis of Defects identified by Mask Inspection Systems.Roles & Responsibilities: Understand the requirements and writing functional specification for the features provided withNxDAT Contributed to various modules of the tool in design as well as in implementation phase Re-designed and implemented a complete module of NxDAT named Repeatability Analysis Unit Testing of the modules developed Suggested various improvement scopes to enhance the performance of the tool through peer reviewNxADC: NxADC is a R&D project which automatically determines the types of defectsencountered and assigns a Defect Type to them.
