Currently associated with Fortis Hospitals, Bangalore My current role is to maintain the quality standards as per NABH requirements for the entire hospital and responsible for Accreditation from NABH.Identifying the Clinical and Non-clinical challenging areas and implementation of Quality improvement projectsAnalysis and cross audit of process compliances for better clinical outcomes – Medical Operating System(MOS)Manage customer complaints and follow up with service recovery if necessary.Ensure that policies and procedures are current/ updated as needed.To actively participate in formulation of policies, clinical guidelines, operational policy / proceduresFormulation and steering of the committeesMeeting statutory obligations and renewing all the licenses Interface with Facility director and Administrator for operational issues
