Responsibilities include Project Management, requirement gathering, Vendor Management, staffing and managing sourcing activities. Main aim is to effectively fulfill active positions for all internal and billable positions by providing best resources and getting them on boarded to the project.Coordinating with the Practice, technical panel and business development team for the approval of the candidate and once approved, fixing of the interview for the candidate. Looking after the final process from Interview till joining.Includes negotiations on budgeting and billing from the project, Salary Negotiations in alliance with structures of the local market (UK, & EU ). Prepare contracts, obtain signed paperwork from the authorised signatory and scan and send to the candidate/agency/ third party (OR) send the contract to the Finance spoc/office manager in respective territory to get it signed from authorised signatory- follow up on daily basis for the updates and track efforts. Liaise with the legal team & the recruitment head to finalize upon the agreement terms.
