Target to raise INR 82.5 Lakhs to support 15,000 girls’ MHM. To identify potential CSR funders and business owners and establish relationships with these organisations. Alongside produce some written guidance/tips on the best way to do this so that the information can be shared more widely in Auroville (the international township where we are based).Specifically the role entailed:- Research into and identify potential CSR funders and business owners helping us to find those organisations who would be the best fit for our work.- Build a database of potential CSR funders and business owners with background and contact details.- Establish relationships with these organisations - actively reaching out to them, helping them to understand more about what we do, and setting up calls with Eco Femme’s executive team.- Help understand the requirements for each CSR funder and business owner and assist in preparing applications according to criteria provided.- Develop a short written guide on tips and advice for others looking to apply for CSR funds.

Entering the automobile industry in sustainable area of focus was in line with my deep interest in the subject of climate change. My experience with EeVe was enriching; filled with leadership roles and formulating pan India marketing strategies in line with the social media and SEO targets. With prior international experience, I was able to bring teams together cohesively using my communication and management skills in the young business environment. Here the soft skills and my problem solving skills came particularly handy. This opportunity was one where I was able to put most of my learning from my bachelors in practice. Working with locals, I learnt the cultural uniqueness and how to manoeuvre the differences in order to meet the targets. Working at a start-up in the city allowed me to put my prior entrepreneurial experience in motion.

As a cabin crew for the No.1 airline in the world I got hands on experience to handle all kinds of people from all over the world, manage a team from all over South East Asia and gain innumerable training benefits.

Co-founded my first start-up focusing on sustainable and social enterprise. We processed cow dung from rescued cows into carbon neutral stationery products and successfully completed multiple projects. From managing the factory and labour in Agra, India to third party vendors and to raising funds through Shagun Initiative and UnLtd, the experience was enriching to say the least.The first hand knowledge, hands on experience to build a brand and understanding the intricate workings of a business and handling business operations, marketing, sales, and finance game me the opportunity to be a team player with polished analytical, strategic and risk management.
