- P&L responsibility for a 300 operator factory.- Commercial decision making like rates-opening, costing & CMT analyzing.- Operational responsibilities included cut-to-pack right from raw material sourcing to shipment of finished goods.- Overall responsible for factory & product safety aspects to meet Industry standards.- Managing sub-contractors to ensure adequate systems in their factories.- Providing training & skill-enhancement for operators, middle management of the factory- Maintaining 3 - 4% DHU in final audit. - Managing Cut to Ship loss 0.5%
