 Responsible for daily operations and customer service standards of a full-service branch office covering all aspects viz branch operations, lending, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's guidelines. Lead Generation by employees across liability, asset and fee products. Review number and quality of leads generated on a weekly basis jointly with BM. Drive key service matrix – FOCUS, NPS Scores of the branch. Nil rejection rates for service requests & nil escalations to senior management. Closure of SRs, CRs, complaints within applicable TAT and handling irate customers. Monitoring and reconciling all the GL and Payable accounts on daily basis and verifying all the entries. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing superior service delivery & achieving service quality norms. Responsible for acquisition through direct sales to walk-in as well as referrals from walk-in customers. To provide product Support to ensure that sales targets by branch are met. Managing, Monitoring and resolution of all complaints, investigations, and customer's requests that originates in branch. Key focus on achieving cross sell targets for branch revenue generation and adding to branch profitability. Handling and making decisions regarding daily activities relating to Banking process, Cash Management, Clearing and compliance with operational procedures and regulatory controls is maintained. Majorly doing all Current Account related service and operations, Corporate Internet Banking services, CMS activity, bulk payments services, overdraft facility, business loans, etc.
