Project Description:-Distributor Management System (DMS) is a FMCG application handles Primary business needs between Company to distributor and distributor to customer. Purchase and Sales Transaction are well taken care by CSNG (core stocky next generation) application. The DMS offers GST Enabled Business specific solution to an enterprise. The DMS is well equipped with various reports, dashboard to track sales, purchase and master data level details.Marico Product Details-Distributor sales both food brand and non-food brand products like, Saffola Honey, Saffola masala oats, Set wet, parachute oil, Saffolla gold oil, Saffola peanut Butter, Saffola Oodies and Saffola soya mini chunks to the Retailer.Job Role:• Currently Working with Marico project both frontend and backend as Level-2(L2). . We are handling 950 distributors in PAN India.• Post Received the ticket from L1 end through Submit tool and mail, we are resolving it on priority basis (P1, P2 and P3), by using core stocky (CS), Core stocky next generation (CSNG) and Console Application.• Handling client escalation and scrum call through teams’ application every day.• Preparing the pending ticket report through Submit tool and sending to my internal team as well as client.• Co-ordinating with, implementor, TSE, ASM, RSM, RSH and L3 to resolve distributor issue as per the client requirement.• Basically using the modules, like Salesman, Retailer, route, Product, Invoice, Billing, vehicle allocation, delivery process, Day end, Collection, claim and month end to resolve the product application issue.• To avoid SLA breach, we have to resolve the ticket within TAT.• Post resolution, we are providing proper RCA and solution to the Client.

Job Role:• Handling Canara Bank E2E project as a Shift Leader.• For troubleshoot of ATM error following with ATM switch, ADM tool, Prognosis, Putty and TSS application. Prepared chronic data to reduce the frequent error of ATM.• Prepared chronic data to reduce the frequent error of ATM.• Handling customer escalation and reverting mail with top priority.• Providing admin access to the engineer and TLS patch pushed if required.• Reduced penalty by analyzing the error logs with support of EJ team. • Services with field team and escalating FLM and SLM vendor to resolve the ATM related issue. Ensuring ATM uptime as per SLA.

Job Role:• Dispatched FLM calls manually and SLM call logged through vendor portals.• Escalating vendor to resolve the issue within TAT.• Monitoring ATM in the Synergy Application and ESQ.• Services with field team and escalating FLM and SLM vendor to resolve the ATM related issue. Ensuring ATM uptime as per SLA.

Job Role: Troubleshoot and monitoring the IP and DVR based Cameras.
