I have total 9 years of experience in Automotive Industry. In this tenure I have worked in Vendor sourcing and development, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Price Panel (costing department) and new product development. Due to this multiple department exposer i able to make me successful in all above mentioned department . Majorly i have handled casting, forging, machining, sheet Metal, fabrication, Oil line, Hydraulic lines commodity. I have face situation of critical supply chain like organisation liquidity issues and inventory pilled up issues. Supplier relationship management in that critical time is key learning for me. I had worked on inventory reduction program as well. In this all 9 years journey I been reporting to AGM and plant head who have 30+ years of experience hence I am able to grab the knowledge from them and build my personality versatile and visionery.In addition to this experience I have completed Six Sigma YB and subsequent project on cost saving and process improvement.
