My role as a Quality Assurance (QA) and Automation Head in a IT company is to ensure the quality of software products and automating the testing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In this role I develop and executing test plan according to software requirements, functional specifications and user experience. I used to write test scripts, develop testing frameworks and collaborate with dev team to get feedback and ensure that the code meets quality standards. Apart from that it is my responsibility to analyse the test result to find the areas of improvement. For smooth working of automation script I setup the system with hardware, software and network environment. In this approach my major aim is to ensure the quality of software products and improving the overall user experience.In the field of operation I used to monitor the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives. It is my key responsibility to manage the complete infrastructure of the company including hardware, software, network system and other assets. I need to manage IT support team who renders technical support and services to client projects. It is my responsibility to ensure the company’s operations efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
